### Early Life
Lutie was raised by his father [[Luzon Limerick]], a lightfoot halfling and his mother, [[Leila Limerick]], a stout halfling. His parents, his older brother Lyon, and older sister Lynn, were a tightknit family that worked together to raise Lutie.
Lutie's paternal grandfather, Largo Limerick, was the first in Lutie's family to be born in [[Hilloborus]]. When Largo was little, he worked hard to establish a prosperous life in Hilloborus for future generations of Limericks. Largo's family swore off arcane magic and began serving [[Yondalla]] and her children.
Later, Lutie's father met a beautiful halfling girl named Leila who served and studied at the [[Sheela Peryroyl]] house in Hilloborus Central. The two admired one another for their hard work and devotion to Yondalla. Eventually they wed and Lutie was born.
Lutie grew up in a cul-de-sac-esk burrow in Hilloborus Hills. His hometown community was a mixed race community, full of elves, halflings, gnomes and humans. Occasionally sylphs from [[Vindur]] would travel through Hilloborus as well. Across from the Limerick's home lived Lutie's childhood best friend, [[Nico Naoprago]], the youngest of the politically influential [[Naoprago Family|Naoprago family]]. Lutie and Nico grew up with different interests but still remained distant friends.
### Becoming An Adventurer
Lutie lived a happy life with his family in Hilloborus, but he wanted to become a talented musician. He left to explore the world with a troupe of traveling entertainers, [[7, 8, 9]], and settled in [[Nivurgyl]] for a short while. He enjoyed living with his entertainment troupe, but he quarreled with a couple members and decided to return home. Lutie’s older sister Lynn introduced Lutie to magic in secret and taught him how to weave magic into his music. With this new passion, Lutie became set on leaving Hilloborus to pursue the arcane arts—and eventually attend [[Auragaust College of the Arts, Music, and Magic]].
