### Origin & History
Aasimar, sometimes called half-celestials, have holy, radiant energy infused in their very being. These celestial-esk humanoids are believed to have been created on the morality plane, [[Euphoria]]. Humanoids cunning enough to survive in Euphoria are believed to have been exposed to the positive energy of the plane for so long that they evolved to be partially celestial.

### Appearance & Biology
Unlike [[Tiefling|tieflings]], aasimar tend to look very [[Human]] or [[Kalashtar|kalashtar]] at first glance. They can have a variety of visual characteristics that mimic celestials. Some of these features include, thin, spectral halos, glowing eyes, glimmering golden or silver sheens to their skin, stark white hair, young, perfect-looking skin, etc.
Despite these visual characteristics, aasimar have appearances that range as far and wide as those of humans.
Aasimar can reproduce with most other humanoids, but it is up to divine forces whether or not the child offspring is aasimar or not.
