When you finish casting, your creation comes to life. Your creation is a magen (see the Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden sourcebook for statistics). When you create the magen, choose the type from the following: **Demos Magen**, **Galvan Magen**, or **Hypnos Magen**. The magen is friendly to you and your companions. In combat, it rolls its own initiative and acts on its own turn. The magen obeys your verbal commands. Without commands from you, it defends itself but takes no other actions on its turn. --- ## At Higher Levels This spell does not have an upcast effect.
